About Lester's Studio

My wife and I have been in the photography and photo restoration business full-time, since 1970, right here in Fayetteville, NC. We were in our early 20's when we started. I am a long standing member of The Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and The Professional Photographers of North Carolina (PPNC) associations. I have won several photography awards including 1st place for pet photography in 2001 as awarded by PPNC. I have received The Fayetteville Observer Reader's Choice Award for Best Photographer (2010). Lester's Studio is considered the best in Fayetteville by the general community for photo restoration and retouching.

There have been a lot of changes in photographic equipment and photography since I went into business, but some things never change. People want to look good, relaxed, and pleasant. They want their babies and children to look very happy. They want their best and most beautiful moments to be captured at their wedding. I am committed to making everyone look their best.

I do a lot of different types of photography, such as family, pets, children, babies, modeling, entertainment, weddings, bridal and formal portraiture, and I have a 40+ years experience in each. I have never been afraid of a challenge, and I'm still not today. That is what keeps life interesting and photography fun.
